Risk Disclosure

Template notice: This document is a good-faith starting template, not legal advice. IGNITE PRO operates in a fast-moving regulatory area. Have this reviewed by a qualified lawyer in your jurisdiction before relying on it.

Trading and creating crypto tokens carries significant risk. Read this before using IGNITE PRO.

You can lose everything

Crypto assets are highly volatile. The value of any token can fall to zero. Never invest, deposit, or commit more than you can afford to lose entirely.

Irreversibility

Blockchain transactions cannot be undone. A mistaken transfer, a wrong address, or an unwanted trade is permanent. Always review every transaction in your wallet before signing.

Smart contract and protocol risk

The Service interacts with third-party smart contracts and protocols that may contain bugs or vulnerabilities. Exploits can result in total loss of funds.

Liquidity risk

Tokens with little liquidity can be impossible to sell without large losses. Creating a liquidity pool commits your assets and carries its own risks, including impermanent loss and (if you keep LP tokens) the temptation or ability to remove liquidity.

Scams and fraud

The token ecosystem contains scams, including rug pulls and fraudulent projects. A tool that can create tokens can be misused by bad actors. Evaluate every token independently. We do not endorse any token created with the Service.

Regulatory risk

Crypto regulation varies by country and is evolving. Creating or trading tokens, or charging fees, may have legal and tax consequences in your jurisdiction. Seek professional advice.

No recourse

Because the Service is non-custodial and decentralized, there is generally no way to recover lost, stolen, or mistakenly sent funds. There is no customer-support refund mechanism for on-chain losses.
