By accessing or using IGNITE PRO ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Nature of the Service

IGNITE PRO is a non-custodial interface that helps you create SPL tokens, swap tokens via third-party aggregators, manage liquidity through third-party DEXs, and track on-chain data. We do not custody funds, execute trades on your behalf, or control the underlying blockchain or third-party protocols.

2. No financial advice

Nothing in the Service constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for your decisions.

3. Fees

A platform fee (currently 0.10 SOL per token launch) may be charged and is disclosed in the interface before you sign. Network fees and third-party protocol costs are separate and not collected by us.

4. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the security of your wallet and seed phrase. We will never ask for your seed phrase.
You are responsible for complying with all laws applicable to you, including securities, tax, and AML regulations in your jurisdiction.
You must not use the Service to create fraudulent tokens, conduct scams, or harm others.

5. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Blockchain transactions are irreversible.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss of funds, profits, tokens, or data arising from your use of the Service, third-party protocols, or the blockchain.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
